The Air Force School Tezpur came into existence on 2nd July 1971, with a humble strength of 40 students and one part- time teacher. Today the school can boast of a good strength and well qualified and dedicated faculty with a very well furnished building and infrastructure. We have a separate Pre Primary Wing with well furnished equipment, which is useful for play way method of teaching.

From Principal's Desk
“Vidya Dadati Vinayam” — Education bestows humility.Guided by this cherished motto of Air Force School, we remain committed to nurturing young minds with knowledge, character, and compassion.
प्रियः मानवः सदा शिक्षया भूषितः।
“विद्या यः स यः विनीतः सदा, मानवे सेवायां रतः।”
“One adorned with true education is ever humble;
the truly learned remain devoted to the service of humanity.”
At Air Force School, we believe that education extends far beyond textbooks. It is a continuous journey that shapes the character, values, and aspirations of every child. We strive to build an environment where curiosity is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and integrity is strengthened.
Our dedicated faculty, vibrant learning spaces, and holistic curriculum work together to ensure that every learner finds the opportunity to discover their potential. We aim to empower our students to become responsible citizens—individuals who think critically, act with empathy, and contribute positively to society.
As we soar forward with renewed enthusiasm, we remain anchored in our core values of discipline, respect, and service. Together, let us continue to uphold the spirit of excellence and inspire our children to “touch the sky with glory.”
Warm regards,
Miss Monideepa Das
